    Mr. Li Fengliang, Vice-president of Shenzhen University, had a meeting with Prof. B.R.Deepak, Director of the Center for Southeast Asia Studies, Nehru University. Both sides had a deep talk on the issue of cooperation and the establishment of Confucius Institute.
